When trying to go to the customise theme page I get the following error:
Warning: require_once(/home/gomezzo/public_html/wp-includes/customize/class-wp-customize-nav-menus-panel.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/gomezzo/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-customize-panel.php on line 382

I haven´t changed anything but it seems like something has changed in the theme?

That error is saying a core WordPress file is missing. Maybe try re-installing WordPress in “Dashboard > Updates”?
