[Resolved] Customisation suggestion/request: word-wrap

Hi Tom, love the new logo… it really pops!

Hey any chance we can have the option in the customiser to have word-wrap ‘break-word’ or ‘normal’. Yeah it’s easy to add the css, but it could still be a nifty customiser option. Just curious why you choose break-word over normal as it looks a bit weird seeing words broken down to a column of single letters when the page narrows to a certain point with some images next to them.

Glad you like it!

It’s typically to prevent horizontal scroll, which hurts UX on mobile devices (and Google doesn’t like that).

Any example of where it’s breaking words into single letters?

the school image pushes the words to the left and they end up breaking words into single letters at around ??400ish in Chrome
