Customer support worst then expected . I wan refund

I have tried to reach many times to customer support executive. And there are no options given to directly chat with them. Meanwhile, the theme I have active is also not that much responsive. As the logo is not showing on the phone and tablet and also there are many issues with the theme. I want my full amount refund today so that I can purchase a new theme.
