attempting to download the free version so that I can use my paid version. Can’t do either and no customer service help is available. Would like my money back or someone help me with this issue.

Good Afternoon Leo….I can’t get the free version to download on my new website, I can download the premium plugin, but that doesn’t help me without the free version.

That’s strange. Usually you can download one by going to Appearance > Themes > Add New and search for GeneratePress.

This is not working for you?

If not you can also download a version by clicking the Download button on this page then installed manually:
https://generatepress.com/install-generatepress/
