custom text instead of menu

On one of my landing page I want to remove the menu and add a text with a phone number instead.

How do I add a text to replace menu?

That could work.
But how do i make content of the header widget appear only on specific pages?
You could use this plugin: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/content-aware-sidebars/
Then just apply your created "sidebar" to the pages you need it on.
