Custom Styling on mobile version

Hi,
As per Leo's request so I hope this helps others too.
This is my first time using the GP theme and I have a background image and text in the header. Using the pre-defined settings for the background, I can't get to where I am happy with the desktop & tablet versions vs the mobile. I was looking for advice on custom styling the mobile version.
Also the subtitle looks the same size as the Site Title on the mobile. As I am working in the website, I have it in coming soon mode to share it.

Background images can be tricky to deal with. Sometimes re-position them would help on mobile and tablet but hard to tell without seeing the site live.
Another option would be to switch out the image specifically for tablet and mobile.
By subtitle do you mean tagline? If so we can use CSS to change the size of that on mobile.
If you can unlock your site I can give you some code to test it out?
