Hi Tom, I’m trying to make the slideout meny full width and add the slideout toggle in the menu like described here https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/mobile-hamburger-slideout/

When I do this the toggle icon appears (not the x but the hamburger) but it does not trigger the closing of the menu when I click it. Any idea how to fix this

    Hi there,

Can you link me to what you have so far?

    http://www.fysionett.no/

I have the slideout activated for desktop. It’s the menu item on the bottom of the list.

Have not made the menu full width yet just experimenting with the toggle…

In the URL of the slide-out toggle, can you try just adding: #

Can you try removing the http:// as well and only enter #?

    So like this: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-wordpress-menu-builder/#custom-link

I tried this as well…. still not working.

Would it be possible to set a position absolute and a z-index for the slideout-toggle instead?

Can you try changing the menu item class to: slider-exit
