Custom Sidebar Navigation that Only Links to its Own Category.

Hi, I'm testing a content siloing model. It requires each blog post have custom sidebar navigation that ONLY links to other posts in that same category, or to the main page on that category topic. I'm using GP Premium with Elementor Pro. What is the most efficient / straightforward way to create the custom navigation sidebars?
