custom shape divider

Hi,

I would like to add custom shape (in SVG) as I used to do with Elementor to customize and divide my background's section: https://elementor.com/blog/v130-shape-divider/

I use Gutenberg page builder.
1) Is there a way to import the SVG code generated by Elementor into gunbergerg to display the same shape design?
2) What is the recommanded way to create/display this shapes? Php or CSS?
3) Is there a lightweight plugin that you could advice me ? I only found big page builder like Elementor.

edit: Solved: I use CoBlocks plugin, then I copy the html code inline svg and past in shortcode widget =)
