I’m not too sure what you mean? You can use GP Premium on as many of your sites as you like.

If you’ll be using it for clients, it’s appreciated if a license is purchased for them, or if that isn’t possible, a contribution be made through our ongoing development page: https://generatepress.com/ongoing-development/
