Custom post type in pop up modal

Hello

I've set up a custom post type then created the content template and used the query loop to show the custom post types. I'm now trying to get the post content to show in a modal box rather than clicking through to a page.

I have this lightbox set up...

How can I get the content to load in side the modal box though...
