Custom Post Type doesn't Show

Hi all, thank You for your blazing-fast theme. I am a happy premium member now.
I have a few questions that I can't find anywhere in the forum (or maybe I missed them completely)
So... I just migrate from Divi to generatepress, I am on the staging site now, because I'm not familiar with "manual" stuff to do in the block builder.
I just install the CPT-UI plugin to replace my "divi portfolio" post type. I just create a custom post type called "product", and it works fine with one exception, I can't visit the page itself.
For example, this is the URL to one of my products: https://staging.handmadefurnitures.com/product/classic-design-chippendale-writing-desk-kmt-018/ it works fine unless I visit https://staging.handmadefurnitures.com/product/, it returns to "Oops! That page can’t be found"
Do I miss something? Please help...and thank You in advance.
Best Regards
Zulham Efendi
Hi Zulham,
In CPT UI, do you have "has archive" enabled?
If yes, go to Settings > Permalinks and click on save to rebuild permalinks.
Hi Fernando, thank You for your quick response.
Has Archive is set to true in the setting, and already re-save permalink setting. but the issue is still remain
To test, can you create a test CPT and enable has archive for that. Then, rebuild permalinks and check if its archive page works?
Hi Fernando, i have try and it works. So what i do now to make the old "product" url work also?
oh my my...I'm so sorry, the problem is on my side. I used to have a page called "product", it has been deleted and redirected to "products", which has been deleted also. That is why I got not found message.
it's solved now
Thank You for your help. Have a nice day everyone!
I see. Glad you resolved it! You're welcome, Zulham!
