Custom Post Type Archive Pages

Hello, I would like to create post pages for jobs and real estate in addition to the post page for the blog. I would solve this via custom post types plugin.
But how can I now create an archive page for each CPT under "Pages"? And how can I best display, for example, the latest 3 posts of each CPT on the home page?
The loop always shows only the one recent post.
How would you proceed?

Yes - CPT archives on static pages.

And how can I show the latest posts of a category, for example, on the home page?
