Custom Post Header With Unique Text

Hey,

I am looking to create a custom post header template with unique text on each post.

The header would be dynamic per post but also the same for all as a template (just the text changing and images)

It would include:

The H1 (page title)

It would have a custom graphic or color(background)

Include the author metadata
