Custom page style border, color

I am currently using Learndash for online course and the pages are dull. I can't alter any of the color in the boxes and they said it is inherited from my theme. Can someone tell me how to change style in a page.

Is there a specific page I should be looking at?
I'm not seeing any boxes on the home page.
