Hi there,

this would require quite a bit of custom work to do that.
You would need to start with the Off Canvas Panel.

You can set it to overlay to cover the full screen and it has its own widget area so you can add other content such as the social icons. You could also add a HTML widget to create the side content ( text over and image ) and we could look at some CSS to make similar layout … tricky one though.
