Custom Navigation Menu Per Page

Is there any way in GeneratePress to have custom navigation menus similar to how you can with the page header feature?
Basically, I'm working on a site and I would like to have the main navigation on the home page to sit above the custom page header, I would also like the logo to sit to the left of the menu.
On all other pages, I would like the navigation layout to have to site logo above the navigation.
Can this be done with hooks?

So on one page have the Navigation Position set to "Float Right", while other pages have it set to "Below Header"?
