Custom menu link opening in a new window

I am trying to get my LinkedIn icon on my top menu to open in a new window. It happens for MindIQ site, but not Sales Getters -

I do not see the Open in new window box for the sales getters site. I can send you a screen capture, but do not see how I can add that here.

As an FYI, I was trying to accomplish this through the GP Menu interface versus the WP Menu interface. This info may help someone else new to it.
GP doesn't have its own menu structure. It's all WordPress.
