Custom Menu based upon user Logged in

I tried using this with NavIcon.. to get it to change the menu based upon the user logged in. Has anyone implemented a similar solution with this theme? Any Support would be appreciated. I plan on getting the whole add-on package tonight.. if This question can be answered.
