custom icons in footer

Are you referring to the site footer or footer widget?

You should be able to use GP's built in FontAwesome library: http://fontawesome.io/icons/

It might also help if you can provide a link to your site so I can take a look what you have.

Aún con ello mi website está en línea, y he utilizado generatepress pro, elementor y un plugin para el menú (NavMenu Addon For Elementor de Themelse)

the menu of the web I worked with a plugin navmenu for elementor, in the home it looks good but when entering the product page the menu is de-configured.

Instead of using shortcodes in the menu, you can use a plugin like this: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/menu-icons/
