Yes, it’s a review site.

I would like to know the overall elements/plugins to be used to get a page somewhat similar to it but without compromising on load time.

I can’t provide a step by step guide on how to replicate another website. The most i can do is provide some pointers.
Those are all custom layouts which could be achieved using the GenerateBlocks Plugin:

Once you have created one you can copy and paste it for each new review block you need

How do I get “Popular articles” and Recent “Posts widget” like here – https://celltrackingapps.com/

where I can get the thumbnail and choose which specifically which articles to show at least in “Popular articles” widget.

Currently, I am able to achieve this – https://undospy.com/

The Popular articles widget has by default (most recent articles) and they’re without thumbnail.

So, how to make it similar to the page I shared above.
