custom font not displaying in the front end

Hi there,
I installed a custom font in my website. It's free download but not a google font.
I'm using it for specific 1 headline only as my wife requested.
It works in the backs end https://prnt.sc/pis99cOFpvn5
But not working in the front end https://prnt.sc/uckexKkxKTts
I already try to uninstall my cache plugin and not working. How to fix it ?

Can you make sure the URL in your @font-face CSS is correct?
You should be able to go directly to the file if you enter the URL in a browser.
And the ; I marked in the below CSS should've been,:

I changed it.
It works in desktop. But not working in mobile.
How to fix it ?

thats not the correct Font URL and no fonts are being loaded.
How did you upload the Fonts to the site ? Is it in the Media Library ?
Yes. In media library.
Hmmm.... can you disable the Litespeed cache?
