custom font added to child theme but keeps displaying the default font

Hey guys, so I've added in a custom front to my site and use your following guide at https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-local-fonts/ to do that which works great and I can select it, etc
the issue thou that I am having is that when I either refresh or clear cache or sometimes viewing it on a different device the fonts revert back to the default font and then we have to refresh again and it goes back to my custom font
is there something else that I'm missing or something that could be causing this glitchy issue?

can you disable the cache plugin so i can see whats going on
I've disabled the cache and left it off for an hour and it still happens. when i visit other browsers too its does the same thing

Can you leave it disabled so we can check properly?
I've visited the site and I don't see the font "Gelion Black" loading at all.
caching may be messing with the @font-face importation.
Also, can you share the @font-face importation CSS you're using? I see Gelion #000 when it should be "Gelion Black".
