Hi there.

I am using your site library's "Health" template. I created a custom menu in Elementor, and activated the shortcode within GeneratePress' Element's section. However, on page reload/refresh, you can still see the GeneratePress' old menu items appear for a second before the Elementor menu fully loads. How can I completely get rid of the GeneratePress' menu items so that they are not showing? We are under maintenance mode, but I have turned it off temporarily so that you can take a look around. Please let me know if you need a login. I'm sure I messed something up.

Hi Ying. I don't have that option (i.e., "navigation location").

I'm using the latest version. I just downloaded it from your site two weeks ago. As previously mentioned, I'm using the "Health" template from your Site Library. Please help. I need to get this back under maintenance mode. Would you like me to create a login for you? :)

Would you like me to create a login for you?

Yes, please send the login info using private info field so the content can only be seen by GP support team :)

And could you disable all other plugins except GP premium for us to inspect the site better? Thanks!

Thanks Ying. Please see below. We are being hosted by BlueHost, so let me know if you have any issues logging in please.

Can you disable all other plugins for us to test?

All plugins deactivated.

When the GP Premium plugin is activated, you should able to see customizer > layout > header, uncheck the using navigation as header option, then the navigation location option should show up.

Have I told you lately how SPECIAL you are Ying?!! Appreciate the help. :)

Lol thank you :P

Very glad to hear that!
