Custom CSS for Google Font

Hello,

I have a single page on which I'd like to specify a custom size, color and Google Font (Cinzel), for the H2 and H4 tags. Specifying the color seems to work for thw H4 tag, but not the H2 and I can't figure out how to apply a custom CSS to load the Cinzel google font for the headings, just on this page.

Apprecite your insight on this!
