Custom CSS for bulleted lists

Hello -
Is there a way, possibly with CSS to make a custom pros and cons style bulleted list? Looking for green check marks in place of the bullets for the pros, and red x's in place of the bullets for the cons.
Similar to the pros and cons bulleted lists in this article: https://www.runnersworld.com/gear/a26028922/running-shoes-for-men/
Any help is tremendously appreciated!
Hi there,
The easiest way would be to use the headline block from GB to create your list:

Then you can use custom icons:

Thank you, Leo.
If I go this route, will this block be reusable for all of my articles? Or will I have to re-create it each time?
You should be able to make them reuseable.
Although I find simply duplicating each line is just as easy:

Thank you, Leo. Is there an “x” icon available?
Also, the method you describe above seems to be relegated to a line by line entry versus a billeted list, unless I’m missing something.
Is there any way to perform your “headline GB block” method for a list?

No there isn't - you can always simply add a headline block to check the icons available :)
You can use custom icons if you need:

Unfortunately not.
There isn't really much of a difference between using multiple headlines and creating a list.
