[Support request] Custom Category

hi again,

i am sorry to ask it here, i want to ask is there any way to nest category and display as select box on category field?

for example, i create
parent category : car
child category : Toyota, Chevrolet, Nissan (car list)
child category of child category : New York, chicago, boston, washington (city list)

every member of car list has every member of city list. if i create using default wordpress category, itu would be a long-long list especially when it has many car list and city list. thank you

Hi there,

You would have to find a plugin to accomplish that, or some PHP. I don’t know of one, but you might find one by searching around.

If I stumble across something I’ll definitely let you know 🙂

thanks tom, i’ve search for a while and found only custom taxonomy.it customize tag only, not category. please let me know if you found one. thanks in advance
