    Hi,
I created a custom 404 page, and added the header element like every other page on the site, but it doesn’t show on the front end. The logo from the header shows up, but not the nav bar. I can’t figure out why.
    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Do you have any layout elements that might be disabling the navigation?

I can’t imagine what. I see the navigation when I’m editing the page in elementor, but when I view it on the front end it doesn’t show. I’m using the exact same header element i’m using on all the other pages, I just cloned one, edited it and set it to appear on that page. The logo shows, but the nav doesn’t.

What happens if you disable Elementor?

Thats not an option. I can’t do that on a site the client sees.

Then can you create a staging site and duplicate the situation over so we can do some testing?

Not sure how else we can debug this.

I’m not sure how that will help though, the 404 page in question is built with it. If I turn off Elementor there won’t be a custom 404 page.

It would help us determine if Elementor is causing the issue.

The navigation should show by default on the default 404 page.

Maybe check with Elementor’s support first?
