[Support request] curved section inside pages the right way

Hello, I need to make inside particular pages sections with background color and curved shapes. is there a right way to do this? Should I put code inside each page or name every single section of the same class and do it by adding CSS and SVG? I guess I need help in making a shape divider without using a plugin for our theme. Thank you

Shape Dividers are a pain.
This site may help:

It provides you with the SVG and CSS for a shape divider.
You could add that to a block element or use CSS to position it.

I have found that app, but Ι was not sure how to use it between pages. I inserted the HTML code as a container but simple CSS inside the page wouldn’t work for it. That’s why I asked about the proper way to do it. Thank you anyway I will keep searching.
