[Support request] Current Post as the only post on page

Hello,

I’d like the most recent blog article to be the only post showed in the main body of the posts page. Past blog entries would be found via the various options in the sidebar. Right now, the recent post shows first, but if you just keep scrolling down, then you’ll find the next post, etc.

How can I adjust the settings to accomplish this?
