Happy to be a new customer here.
On this support page, I see that current menu item is highlighted in Blue and menu has "current-menu-item " css class added to it. However, when I implemented GP theme on my site, I don't see this class getting added. How was this accomplished.

Hi Dev,

WP adds this class to menu items when you're on that specific page - do you have a link to a page that isn't highlighting the menu item?

Thanks Tom. I was expecting that class by default as well but it is not there. Nav menu points to "Pages".

Are you using custom links for your navigation? WordPress doesn't know what item belongs to what page when you use custom links - you need to add the menu items from the "Pages" area in order for WordPress to know the relationship.
