Hi there,

I had our server techs take a look and they confirmed that IP is not banned by our firewall.

However, it looks like you're using OVH - we've had this reported by a handful of OVH users that they're unable to activate their key. Unfortunately, they must have a firewall that is banning the communication, and so far they're unwilling/able to fix it.

Yea, we've had a handful of users report it to them, but no luck yet. Hopefully eventually a fix is found.
