cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

I've searched on this forum and found a very common issue that happened to me too with "cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds". can you tell me is it due to the GeneratePress IP address? Can you give me the correct IP to whitelist on the hosting provider?
I contacted my hosting and they tried everything suggested on this forum (php, memory limit, etc.), nothing works. I just can't connect my licence any more.

Hi, yes I did. I sent this url to my hosting provider to check all steps again.

I get a timeout when trying to activate GP Premium. Not had a problem with this host before – other sites activated fine.
cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

My host checked and confirmed that there is no connection between our server and generatepress server, the IP address of the server is being blocked by Generatepress.

If you could please check for IP 66.206.25.34, why is it being blocked and if you could unblock it.
