cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

I'm having some problems activating my license - I get the following error 'cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds' the hosting (fastcomet) says they have cURL enabled as per this link https://prnt.sc/uexjjx any ideas what I can do now? Thanks
