cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds

Hello,
I have an error when active GP Premium Plugin.
Error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds.
My hosting company said: "It looks like you are trying to communicate with https://generatepress.com from one of your domains hosted with us and resulting in these errors. We have checked this issue by connecting to 'https://generatepress.com ' from your shell and was unable to obtain a connection from our end.
All of the outgoing connections are going through the server's main IP '172.96.191.5'. So could you please contact them and make sure that the IP '172.96.191.5' is not blocked at their end. If you are still facing any issues, please provide us with the steps to recreate this issue from our end and we would be happy to check this for you."
Could you whitelist my site?

I just checked with our server support and they confirmed that IP is not blocked on our end.
It may be a firewall on your server which is preventing the connection.
I use Cloudflare. Does it prevent the connection?

yes Cloudflare can interfere with the connection - we recommend disabling this during import.
