Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) way to high in pagespeed insights

Hi there,
The CLS in https://gtmetrix.com/reports/horoskopnettet.dk/OBKz2r4j/ says 0 but when i test in Google pagespeed insights i get 0.99 on mobile and 0.54 on PC.
I have tried deacitivate lazy load and that helped on gtmetrix, but not on google PSI
I have also deactivated critical CSS @ wp-rocket, but it still show the same high numbers on google PSI

theres two issue i see:
1. Is the drop down sticky advert on mobile - exact same issue as this topic here:
https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/about-cls/#post-1800103
2. Then theres the advert being inserted immediately below the header. Which happens after page load. Best solution for that is to NOT to load adverts above the fold.
