CSS Styles of sticky widget are not visible on mobile phone

Hello,
I have one sticky widget on the right side of website. This widget is stylized by CSS styles (background, color, font..) and content in this widget is generated by Rate my Post - WP Rating System plugin. On desktop all the CSS styles are visible, but on mobile phone I do not see any style, I see only generated content - text without colored background and outline. How to solve this?

Have you checked with the plugin's support team first?
The theme shouldn't be the issue here.
Let me know if I'm missing something here.
