CSS not being applied to a single page.

Hello, I created this page about a month ago. The sidebar shows fine in the customizer but not directly. https://adventuresofmel.com/recipe-index/
If you look at the sidebar headers, they should be all uppercase, and have a green background. Every other page on the site is this way except for this page. I don't see the css in the inspector for it either like the other pages. What could cause just one page to do this? I don't see any settings on the page that would strip the css, all caches have been cleared and caching turned off as well.
Any ideas?

Seems GB's CSS is not loading on this page.

Hey, sorry for the delay, I was able to rebuild the CSS in generate blocks and it worked correctly after that. Thank you for the info on that.
