CSS in Child theme

Hi,
i created a child theme using Child Theme Configurator, when i add css classes to it nothing happen, am i missing something?
As a workaround i installed Custom CSS plugin, but i'd like to keep WP light and would like to make this work.
Any help or suggestion will be very appreciated.

No worries! Everything sorted? :)
Yes, by downloading GP child theme, installing it, then everything did what is was expected to do. Still have to learn a lot of GP, it's full of surprises!
