Css / html integration

Hello, as there is no "slider" block on Generatepress, I tried to get a slider only in HTML CSS. I don't want a Javasript solution to avoid slowing down my site because I want to keep a good performance score. Except that I have a little rendering problem ... Can you tell me how, in css, could I get "Bullet" instead of my scroll bar ?

And for an aesthetic rendering I would have liked to have only a visible comment associated with a bullet. Would you know which css classes used to get this rendering ?
