CSS for Span Tag

I cannot seem to target part of an H2 headline with a Span Tag to change the color of just the company name.
I will include the page url below. Site is using "Service" premade GP theme.

Hi, I was able to go through the motions of highlighting the text as shown, but color did not stay.

Ended up editing as HTML for easy fix.

The highlight option should work as my screenshot demontrated.
