[Support request] CSS code to edit font size of site title on mobile

Is this the CSS code I should be using to make my site title’s font size bigger on mobile?
.site-description {
font-size: 40px;
}
}

Concerning the tagline under the site title, is there a way to move it on one side? I can move the site title but not the tagline. Or maybe, it’s already okay the way it looks? My website is in the private information field. Thanks in advance.
