CSS and Javascript loading optimisation

Hi there,
I am trying to optimize the load of css and javascript. I am using Asset Cleanup Pro which allows me to choose where I want to load the assets, which pages, and where, (head, body).
The problems is that I don't know much about the assets, and their use. I can guess for some, but I can't guess for all.
Is there a document that shows what the various css files are used for?
Also, do you have any guide, or info for creating critical css, (maybe by content type)?

Hi there,
When it comes to GeneratePress styles and scripts, we try to only load them where completely necessary by default.
However, it really depends on your set up. For example, if you're using our smooth scroll script only on one page etc..
We don't have a guide for critical CSS at this time. However, some plugins can generate that automatically for you I believe.
