    Hi,

    I recently upgraded to php 8.1 and since then my content templates are not working. It is showing as a tablet format and it shows critical error from the area the content template is supposed to display from.

    I removed the content template and the default format is working. But unable to use content templates anymore. Attaching the screenshot from my staging site.

    Hi Soumya,

    I updated my site to PHP 8.1.9, but can’t replicate the same issue.

    Can you try to get the error log from your server, here’s the guide on how to do this:

    It will be very helpful.

    Thanks for the infomation.

    We’re aware of this error and it’s been fixed in GP Premium 2.2.0-alpha.1.

    Can you try updating the plugin to this version?

    Hi,

    I don’t see this version still in the plugin updates. Where do i download this from? Even under Downloads here, it is listing as GP Premium 2.1.2

    I’m not confident that this will fix the critical error (we’re not aware of any of those in the plugin), but it will fix the notices you’re seeing in your error log, which should free up some space in there for us to see the actual critical error.

    Once you’ve installed this version, can you reproduce the error and then share another screenshot of the error log?

    I was able to update on the staging server and the critical error is no longer occurring. I will be marking this issue as resolved.
