Creating my own header

My website header needs to have an organization logo and organization name in three different languages (English, Mandarin and Tibetan). Because of this, I would have to create a picture containing the logo and names for the header. What would you suggest should be the size of the picture and how could I place this above the primary menu navigation bar?

There is not really a recommended size for the logo as long as you think it looks good :)
You can upload the image through Customizer > Site Identity then set the navigation location to below header:
