Creating Author Bio Below Content

Hi I want to create an author bio like this - http://prnt.sc/v9m44v
I want:
- The border with the same width but a different color, may be blue.
- Ability to add Twitter & FB pages
- A small images of myself in the left
- Text in italics
Please let me know how can I get this design.

Is this possible to achieve without a plugin? Not too keen on installing a new plugin for every problem.

it is possible without a plugin, but when you have multiple authors and the need for adding thing such as social icons the Plugin that Elvin mentioned is the best route to go.
Plugin Code or Code that we provide would be the same. The benefit of using the Plugin is that you have a developer supporting and updating that code. Whereas custom code, you would be responsible for maintaining.
