Creating and editing a top bar in the old classic editor

I created this site (fw.michianait.net) some years ago with the classic editor and Elementor, as opposed to the new block editor.

Since I don't plan to make a lot of structural changes, Leo said I could leave it in the classic editor.

Unfortunately, I am drawing a total blank on how the top bar was created, or how to edit the text in it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mark,

Can you check Appearance > Widgets or Customize > Widgets as suggested here?

Thanks Leo, I made the mistake of upgrading from Wordpress 5.x to 6 on my cloned site.
