Hello there,
I'd like to create a Blog and set it as my homepage. Do I need to download a plugin for this, and if so which one? Or can I do this using the current Generate Press features?

Make sure your front page display setting is set to the latest posts:

Then you should be able to use the customizer options to style the blog:
