I would like to know if you have any suggestions/configuration/plugin suggestions to add side menus in a woocommerce store.

An example is as it is on this site: https://www.orangeboxminiaturas.com.br

In the “ESCALA” part, there is the side menu:

etc

There are also “MARCA” below:

Alfa Romeo
AMC
Aprilia
etc
