Create opt-in form and social media icon bar on Mooberry Book Manager book posts

Hi,
rank GP newbie here.
I'm using Elementor to build a site that also has Mooberry Books Manager installed. MBM creates its own post type ("Books") and is incompatible with builders, so I use GP to populate the header and footer, and MBM's custom CSS area for styling.
I also need to create a combined opt-in form/social media icon bar, the same as the one one the pages and posts, like this: https://paste.pics/8YG1U
It appears the easiest way to do this is with sections, but that option isn't showing up in the Screen Options for Books pages, although Layout is, and works as expected. So it sounds like I'll have to create either an element or hook to create this content.
Could you please advise what's the best way forward.

I would try the Hook Element.

You can save your Elementor section as a template, and then add its shortcode to the after_header hook
